In fact, I found Bokaro at the very end, during my wandering through all the salons on ul. Polna. I can safely say that I could not find a better place. Immediately after entering, the seller, Mr. Sławek, who was willing to help and good advice, became interested in us, which we had not met in previous salons, no one even paid any attention to us! Thanks to his great knowledge, Mr. Sławek quickly found the tiles we were interested in and at the end he gave us a discount;) We recommend it with a clear conscience !!!

Low standard of service, comparable to a visit to the office (applies to both the store and the warehouse when picking up the goods - the service here is a joke with the customer, which prompted me to leave this opinion). The tile prices are incomparably high with the market average for most models (sometimes the copy reaches 100% - if you know the names, it's easy to compare online). If it is to compensate for it, it is a lot of choice and availability, and if it justifies it it will be an added design service, I suppose. It is a pity, because I would like to pay separately for the project, Mr. Piotr did a great job. I was planning additional purchases, which I wrote about in the e-mail correspondence, but I was effectively discouraged from them. The person who recommended you probably doesn't like me :-)
