I would like to wholeheartedly thank the smiling lady from registration for calling back and informing me about a free place in a more convenient time for me, the entire medical staff is really well-matched, doctors are top shelf, and the only drawback is that you have a fantastic team from registration for doctors and hence queues because everyone wants to be here. I get the impression that the negative comments are the result of a coincidence or a mistake about the clinic. For me, the clinic for 5 with +!

I was with a girl at this clinic. An unpleasant feeling from the entrance. Hard-opening door that a person on crutches or in a wheelchair can hardly pass through without assistance. In addition, they are often closed on the first floor. What's the logic in that? Since a lot of people come on crutches? The blonde lady with long hair from the reception desk gives the impression that she does not care that the patient feels welcome. When I wanted to register a girl, I had to wait until the lady would be polite to take the money from me, which I put on the counter, and I will not mention how much time passed from the moment of taking the money to the issuance of the receipt, for which I also had to ask! with the patient because she forgot whether she accepted the payment or not and had to count the entire cash. And I was standing and standing in line. The lady is busy first writing down the data on a piece of paper, which she carries much later to the doctor, instead of accepting the payment right away and not making someone stand and wait. She literally writes a few words, and it takes her a long, long time. Total zero work organization. Lack of privacy due to the fact that sometimes even a few people stand around the reception desk and bend over. All data of the patient at a glance! And the receptionist is not able to pay attention to these people. In addition, the reception desk does not encourage you to book visits, but to cancel them, as soon as they see that we have another appointment soon. I do not understand such a policy. I have never experienced anything like this. The reception desk should meet the patient's needs and respect him, not feel you and treat the patient superiorly. Entering "just for a moment" during a visit to the office is equally offensive. Matters can be settled before or after the patient's visit. Please respect that the patient pays for the visit and expects privacy for these 15 minutes. Customs like in a public clinic where the patient is nobody. The only thing I can praise for are professional doctors. Even if these unpleasant situations happened to me once, I would turn a blind eye, but it happened several times. I've heard similar things from people. They also had unpleasant experiences with the reception from Zacisze. Unfortunately, not everyone has enough courage to write about it. They prefer not to speak up so that the ladies from the reception desk will not continue to make their visits difficult. I read these comments and I do not understand why anyone dares to deny what I personally experienced. Someone has been standing next to me in Zacisze these days and knows better? Probably the opinions are there to draw conclusions from them and to make Zacisze better, and not to convince someone that they have made a mistake, when there are the proverbial 2 streets cross in Zamość . Outpatient clinics can be confused in a larger city. Does the truth hurt so much? I think the staff wants to whiten it, because a few days after my opinion, the reception suddenly became a perfect holiday. I think she writes the good opinions herself. There are no such coincidences. The only thing I have experienced is the arrogance of the reception. And this new opinion, supposedly a patient, idealizing the reception, proves it. Not to admit a mistake, but to think again and bleach. I understand that there is no job in Zamość and working at the reception desk is like grabbing God by the legs, but really, the reception desk should have a bit of humility, because it allows itself too much. If it weren't for the unattended reception desk, this place would be ok. I've never met such good doctors anywhere. It is not surprising that despite a spoonful of tar at the reception desk, everyone wants to see these doctors. You know, there is always a spoon of tar in a barrel of honey, just like in life. And please do not explain yourself by queues. Because there were situations that the receptionist was empty and the receptionist would say hello and even take a look afterwards, she does not deign and does everything else, but not what is hers and she must be asked to accept the payment.

For a private clinic, the waiting time is dramatic. I consider the delay of more than an hour and a half a misunderstanding.
