Hello. Dress sent to the laundry for ordinary ironing, when placing the order, I informed two ladies about a delicate approach to the subject because the material from which it was made is very delicate. The dress on the day of its delivery to the plant had about 4-5 little visible holes (created during the earlier ironing also in the laundry), which were noticed by the ladies of the staff when placing the order. I confirmed that there are such damages because I knew about them, and I have photographed the rest of them before they were given to the laundry. After picking up the dress and inspecting it at home, I noticed further damage in the form of many more holes and burning of the material from the iron. I made a phone call to the plant for information on the damage and to inquire how the problem could be solved. After I presented the situation, the lady was upset and said, here are the quotes "you want to put a kit on us because the damage has already happened before", "You go to the consumer ombudsman because I will not accept any complaints", "The dress was used and not new so she had such traces "," I did not see anything on it "And when asked if there is an approach to all clients, I was answered" No, only to the Lord ". Total lack of professionalism, and ignoring the client. If the dress had damage that this lady believes was before the ironing, why wasn't I informed about it in any way, if only to be sure of my innocence in the event of events like this. The person who ironed it would certainly see such damage before starting the ironing and certainly would not leave it without a comment. So I highly but highly recommend this establishment. EDIT. Nobody said that it was ironed on its own, only it was said that these are damage after previous ironing in the LAUNDRY ROOM, I note, please first read and understand what I wrote above and then change the truth to a convenient one for yourself. To the question why the complaint was not filed earlier, I replied by phone but I will say the same again "I DIDN'T HAVE AN HOUR BEFORE THE CEREMONY TO PLAY COMPLAINTS" and I said the same on the phone, and after the ceremony I will not file a complaint after all. I admitted to the damage that was in the premises without any quarrels. I do not ask about the ones that were there (because they were damaged and I admit it for the thousandth time), but I ask about the rest that was created after ironing. 4-5 damage was noticed in the plant. And the rest that is now right next to each other, why wasn't it noticed if they were according to you? There is something I don't understand but okay, I followed the information of the lady I spoke to on the phone who told me what to do and hopefully I was the last client who was treated like this and accused unjustifiably of lying. And it was not me who could not control my emotions on the phone, but the Lady with whom I spoke. Briefly at the end, THIS WORKSHOP CANNOT IRON ON A MATERIAL LIKE TULLE. Best regards.
