I do not recommend, they planted my mother's windows wrong, they were wrongly measured, and when she reported that there was no way to plant the windowsill, they were very unpleasant. Zero customer service. Correcting a botched job is out of the question because they say they've done everything for a medal. I don't think they care about customers.

I strongly advise against buying doors at this company. Approximately 3.5 months elapsed (the first test) from the time of order to the time of assembly. Unfortunately, as a result of an employee's mistake, the internal door was ordered incorrectly (they were supposed to be right brought left). Then after about 5 weeks after bringing the right ones, it turned out that they were incorrectly measured - laughter in the room, unfortunately, not for us. The next attempt to assemble the remaining door and again the error of re-measurement (Czech film) door frames were too short again complaint again waiting time. After a long time of waiting and installation, it turned out that 2 doors have a flaw in the factory. The first door is again a complaint and the second door is an attempt to patch the blemish with the help of a brush and paint. I will not mention that we have lost a lot of time and money. Any contact attempt is a torment and the employees came but when it suits them, it is impossible to make an appointment. Everything looks nice when you order and that's it. Then the client is treated as a necessary evil. At the very end of this story, after payment, it turned out that one of the doors was bent in a banana and what a lack of any contact avoiding the customer and trying to make a complaint is the customer's fault. Think about who you are going to - I do not recommend. I refer the case to RPK and then to court.

We do not recommend. We talked about the purchase of windows on Veka profiles and signed the order. Not only that the windows arrived 3 weeks after the deadline, something did not suit us. We took an appraiser and it turned out that they sold us windows on SONAROL profiles! Total crap, and the company does not even answer the phone. Watch out!
