The church is located in the north-eastern part of the market square, surrounded by a wall with four chapels and a belfry. The main gate on the bell tower is a Latin inscription that I cannot decipher. The church was built in the Baroque style. JANA CHRZCICIELA was built in 1764-1781 of burnt brick in place of a wooden temple. The church building is a three-bay nave on a rectangular plan with rounded corners and a slightly narrower chancel with a semi-circular end. In the main altar there is a PICTURE OF THE MOTHER OF GOD OF CZĘSTOCHWSKA and on the wall of St. John the Baptist in the choir there are 10-voice Hartman's organ carved items are confessionals, baptismal font, pulpit and tabernacle from the main altar is made of polychrome wood and gilded church age17. Polish, well-kept and in very good technical condition, without stains and peeling plaster, courtyard not too large but aesthetically kept, in front of the temple, there is a quite spacious parking lot. The first mention of the Baranowska parish comes from 1549, the founder of the first temple was PIOTR FIRLEJ
