While in the area, it is worth visiting the nearby Czemierniki. It is a former town belonging to the great Firlej family, known today for its defensive palace and park complex from the beginning of the 17th century. After World War II, for many years the palace housed the State Children's Home. Apparently the church of St. Stanisław and the palace are connected by an underground corridor. A beautiful place and an interesting history, the fortress was not conquered by the Swedes, and I didn't make it, well Let's hope that this beautiful palace will not turn into a ruin.

If someone took care of this palace, it would be a gem ... The location is brilliant ...

In the pictures it looks interesting from a distance, it loses a lot up close, despite the recorded opening hours there is no possibility of sightseeing, hopefully one day the renovation will end and it will be possible to watch it in all its glory.

Some ruins ...

Place closed. It is not known why. The gate closed on a deaf, although the opening hours on the board. In the village, they say that the next year is under renovation, but nothing is visible there. In the tourist information in Radzyń they probably do not know anything, because the castle is advertised as open. Pity ... Apparently the fortress must remain unconquered - not only by the Swedes, but also by Poles.
