The owner is not verbal, arranges for the day, but does not appear and does not even deign to inform by phone that he will not be - after such action, resignation.

Owner not verbally terrible. The windows were to be inserted on July 10, when I asked about the time to start work, I was informed that the windows would be inserted after July 21, they finally arrived at my parents' home on July 25. Payment for windows and execution was made much faster before execution. The crew came to the parents' house. They inserted windows quite quickly but left a huge mess behind. The windows were not properly seated. I asked the owner 3 times to finish the works (sticking a quarter round in two windows because from below the windows ... just blowing from the windows). He promised many times that he would do it. Today is almost the 4th month ..... and you are no more. I gave up asking and my husband bought everything and finished the work for "professionals". I do not recommend this company ..... even though it is much cheaper than the rest in our city.
