The Orthodox church, dedicated to Saint Nicholas, stands in the cemetery. It was built in 1890 after dismantling the predecessor. It is an aided, wooden one on the foundation, a wooden structure, planked with the Baroque temple equipment. The register of monuments was entered in 1980. In Milejczyce there is also a wooden church of Saint Nicholas. St. Barbara and the Roman Catholic church. Saint Stanislaus, Bishop and Martyr.

The Orthodox Church at that time functioned in Milejczyce in the 16th century, the first mention of it dates from 1566. Another sacred building in the Milejczyce cemetery was probably erected in 1820.
