Avoid!!! Some time ago I received a set of Alisa 160x200 bamboo bed linen purchased from this company. Unfortunately, so far I'm not sure what material is made of bedding. The site has information that 100% bamboo fiber while the label is clearly given 100% cotton. In response, I got the information: "During the production of bed linen for us in Turkey, producers no longer had jacquard labels with a description of bamboo bedding. Due to the fact that we wanted to produce bed linen as soon as possible, but also wanted the bedding to have a washing instruction, we agreed to have labels with 100% cotton on them. " In this way, I still have no confirmation from what material the bedding was made but only the word of the producer and maybe I would be inclined to believe it but ... That is not enough, the pattern on the "exclusive" bedding is shifted! And not in a delicate way. Along the whole pillowcase, from both sides, a pattern shift follows.

2 stars for service !!! The bedding itself is qualitatively good, however, the bedding that arrived at the gift was mistaken and sent another ... okay here I am forgiving that everyone happens. Another situation led me out of balance because at the express request and by phone and e-mail not to put in a receipt because the bed sheets go to the gift receipt and so was attached to the order! Do you have 1,000 orders a day for people that you can not look after such a simple thing? I do not recommend. Customer service is not only a good product, but also the ability to handle sales.
