Some kind of massacre. I ordered the goods through their store. The goods came after almost 3 weeks. It was 3-4 days in the description. Zero contact. The phone is always busy, or I cannot talk via SMS. Write SMS. Mockery. I'm surprised it still works? I do not recommend.

Great place. I have been shopping in this store for years, sometimes I go only to it because I know that only there I will find what I need. The assortment is so rich that it saves in various life situations. Cool. A really successful business.

A very dismissive and frivolous approach to the client. On October 21, 2019, as an association, we placed an order for a small amount - black stickers MERRY CHRISTMAS - and although much more expensive than other sellers, only this lady had them in stock. The order has been accepted, we received feedback: "We will try to contact you quickly and inform you about the order being accepted or rejected". Unfortunately, there was no contact from the store. I called twice (the phone was answered by the owner who promised to take care of it), I also wrote a reminder smash asking for the order to be completed (I explained that the stickers are really necessary for Christmas cards and we need to have all invoices and orders completed by the given day ). I also asked for information that if you can't complete your order, please let me know. If you do not have time to deal with online orders for less than PLN 40, please at least specify the minimum order amount that you will seriously consider. As Marzena herself wrote - the owner, striving for customer satisfaction :) - this is probably a slight exaggeration!

Specifically 10/10! Family business as it should It looks different you can't imagine. Pleasant owners! Helpful! Hardly where you can meet such service. Well equipped store. I recommend checking and only recommending.
