You can wait, friends are served in the first place, which creates queues for hours, the management cannot cope

Why can't these nice gentlemen be moved to work? One is standing and listening or taking care of the client, and two on the sides are standing and smiling. I understand that they want the office to be seen well, but if the two smiling people were also doing it, there would be no queues. Isn't there any manager to move them? Or you have to change the manager as he allows them.

While the attendants are very nice, only the covid prophecies are hard to break. They order an appointment by phone. Ok. Only there is no call at all. No number. I went personally. I made an appointment, although I heard good morning that I should be by phone 🤣😂🤣😂. When I arrived on the agreed date and I had 3 matters to deal with, I heard a greeting that I should arrange a separate date for each of these matters !!! (1xRx and and 2x3 board) Luckily I got everything sorted out on this one visit.
