While driving back from Oporow, I suddenly saw this cute little beautiful parish church. It is wooden with a Gothic touch. The door of the church was closed. Therefore, I could not enter inside. I came to know about its rich and impressive history. The church is as old as 1410 when King Wladyslow Jagiello stepped in while going to Grunwald. Later on in 1807 Napoleon Bonaparte prayed here, in 1813 Russian Tsar was also involved with this church. The construction in the form of the church started in 1438 but was refurbished several times. Definitely a must see for the history enthusiasts.
