Preferably I would give 0. I called the printing house directly. The gentleman who answered in a very pretentious tone conducted the conversation and was not able to provide basic information. Very rude and impolite discouraged me from using your services every second. I thanked him and informed him that I had no intention of working with someone like that.

The company smokes smoke from the burned plastic on the whole area, it smells not mercifully, please do something with this stench or we will report the matter to the services responsible for environmental protection !!!!
