Very interesting museum dedicated to the airmen who were interned here and the ones that didn't make it out

Turned up at 8.15 on Thursday to find museum closed & wouldn't open until 10.00, even though Google states 8.00 opening. No time to wait as we had to get to Auschwitz. Not impressed at all. I would expect that the museum operators would be interested in keeping their data current & accurate, especially for tourists who are on tailored tours & have travelled across Europe.

Pretty good museum. The staff wasn't very attentive the day we went but that can be a good thing, seeing as they left us to explore by ourselves. There is a portion of the museum that we didn't know about until another patron informed us. There is a part in the woods where the camp and tunnel actually were about 1km away through the woods. If you drive, there is a road sign for Tunnel Harry. You can also walk through the woods to get there.
