Service at the clinic is a mockery. We needed to get into the ophthalmologist in an emergency. We got to the doctor at around 13.30. At the beginning, a very nice lady said she would take us at 4:00 PM after all patients because she is afraid that it is an infectious disease. Of course, we agreed and waited in the car for the clinic over 2 hours. After returning to the office, we found 5 people waiting, where it turned out that everyone is waiting for the doctor at the hospital, but he will not accept us today. It is not a problem that we are not admitted just that the info was gone and we lost 2.5 hours without sense, where at that time we could look for another specialist. As a result, after my intervention with great grace, we were received, but the way in which the patient is treated in this clinic (I will add that it is not only commercially NFZ) is embarrassment.
