The church was built in 1903-1904 in the neo-Gothic style, at the time of priest Benner. The designer of the facility was Ludwig Schneider, and the author of interior furnishings Herrmann Kügler.
Inside, there is a 17th-century stone altar made of sandstone with crucifixion scenes.
By the temple there are: a statue of John Paul II and a stone cross from 1879 (German-language). A plate commemorating the soldiers of the independence underground from 1939-1956 hangs on the wall: the local anti-communist organization "Underground Eagle of Freedom", Lieutenant Colonel Alojzy Józekowski (Cichociemny from Lewin Brzeski, 1920-2014) and Second Lieutenant Kazimierz Niepel (1922-1968, also deceased) Lewin). The album, which is decorated with a quote from Zbigniew Herbert, was funded in 2014 from a collection organized by the Casimir the Great Foundation of Lublin.
well-kept church, very nice view of all architectural details, a lot of historical pearls, and fine pastors and you can get along. A recommended place to pray
Fabulous acoustics and extremely delicate church beautiful frescoes and stained glass windows to visit ABSOLUTELY both for the historical and artistic aspects and for a moment of authentic recollection (I will get married tomorrow 24th August 2019)
