Hard to say exactly is it not enough staff in that shop or what, but shelf were empty and lots of pallets with stock lying around not touched, waiting to be placed on the shelves.

Despite the large assortment and good location, employees unfortunately lack competence and culture. They serve the customer with grace. They don't know the basics of selling. It is a shame that the customer has to argue about his order. They promise one and then the order is incomplete after the deadline and they cannot spend it 'in installments'. For a simple invoice of all this, more than half an hour of waiting, because the employees are not overwhelmed. And after all, they can't apologize for their incompetence. They throw texture and turn their backs. I recommend that you train your employees and teach culture, the client rules the market and over time, if you treat them like this, you will lose them.
The only thing that irritates me sometimes in this store is waiting in line sometimes, especially on Saturday, when there are a lot of people, only one cash register is open, although there are plenty of people running around and no one wants to go to the cash register, although everyone sees that sometimes the queue reaches 8- 10 meters, otherwise the shop would have had 5 stars from me
