Nice place.
It is different with the realization of orders from the factory and not always everything goes as it should, but in my case everything went smoothly and quickly - I knew that I was ordering tiles that are not in stock, and therefore after a week I asked for information about the order status - practically on the same day I received information that my order is just packed at the manufacturer's and in five days it will appear in the company's warehouse - most importantly, it was exactly like that and without any further prompts from me, on the fifth day I received information about the shipment of the goods to my address Total time order fulfillment took only 12 working days. I recommend!
The store twice extended the previously confirmed delivery date, which I verified by phone before placing the order. Ultimately, I got the impression that it was only after leaving a negative opinion about the whole situation that the sellers began to care not to delay this date and the product was delivered in a relatively acceptable time. As for the product itself / quality / packaging, I have no objections - everything is ok
Delivery is delayed all the time, I made an advance payment and I am waiting, waiting. It makes no sense to order anything unless you have 2 months to wait calmly. I highly recommend it!
I bought Spanish tiles at Domus. Instant delivery time. Great service. One broken tile arrived, one with a factory defect and clicks with splashes. Domus changed the tiles without a problem. They sent new ones immediately. I recommend highly. Renata M.
