The service of the petitioner in this district office is one big mistake. Clerks treat you like an intruder, the approach is that you are for us, not us for you. Tragedy! Staff incompetent. They don't know their job. Disrespect for the citizen, service as for communes. You have to force your reasons that are legal! - because they have their own interpretation of the rules ... It's a tragedy on wheels, not an office. Personally, I was in two other communication offices in Mazowieckie and I met there, apart from the normal service, with the opinion that the shooting office "is different" and that they have problems with sending documents and dealing with matters between offices. So it is not only a bad approach to the applicant and a lack of good will, but a general lack of competence, which already results in notoriety in other parts of Poland. Someone finally do something about the staff of this office ...
