Officials look at you like a lady in a meat shop in the Polish People's Republic. Basic information on the amount of contributions cannot be obtained. Officials know less than I do. The president has already signed the act on small ZUS +, and the clerk says that she knows nothing about it (she also confuses income and income) who the hell should know !? Instead of just saying that he doesn't know, he asks me on what basis he should answer me. I do not greet you sincerely and warmly!

Very nice, helpful staff. No lines. Probably the only "office" in Kartuzy, where they treat you with respect.

We visit this place from duty. It pleases the man, how the service is nice and he knows his stuff. I never got to big queues here.

Everyone there is charmingly polite, competent and helpful. However, I miss here information about break times at individual windows.
