A very unusual place for tasty regional food, and yet!
Being in black we always try to eat something at the TSO, and it is always tasty. sour soup is sensational - unusual, because probably with the addition of horseradish. taste many top restaurants would not be ashamed.
and in the summer, cold brotherhood saves lives ....
