I received the jacket DIRTY AND SMELLING in the same condition as I gave it back, and even worse, there are stains on it that were not there before.
They take the money, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE PAID
then they return the clothes with full satisfaction ..
I gave the jacket to the washing (not dirty, but soaked in the smell of fry from the industrial kitchen) ...
The service is very simple to perform, getting rid of the unpleasant smell ...
Unfortunately, they probably don't want to do the laundry, but cheat people and take their money for nothing.
I DEFINITELY ADVISE ...
An elegant company always deals with washing various elements of my wardrobe. I have not had any negative adventures, like some of them here, so I give honest 5 stars
Mam z pralnią i jej pracownikami bardzo przyjemne doświadczenia jak do tej pory. Sytuacje, gdy nie da się usunąć jakiejś plamy praktycznie się nie zdarzają.

As already mentioned in previous comments. Very rude service. At the outset, the manager is unpleasant. Apparently he doesn't like his job and is reflecting on his clients. It's a pity, clothes were washed well, but I haven't met such rude service for a long time. I do not recommend and certainly will not come back.
