An extremely unprofessional company, with a disrespectful approach to the client. They agree to contact them regarding the measurement of blinds - no one contacts. After I contacted me again, it turns out that "they were really supposed to get in touch" but, not knowing why, they didn't. They agree on an appointment to take measurements. On the agreed day, after contacting them again - to make sure that they will come, it turns out that "they don't like it very much". After a long conversation, they agree to come at the agreed time. Nobody shows up on time or an hour later. Three hours after the agreed time, someone from the company calls and asks "where is it, because now he could drive up". When it turns out that no one is there anymore, they suggest - NOTE: to "resign from buying a roller blind". In short, I lost more than two weeks on pointless contact with a company that has no idea about customer service standards, or even a decent approach to work. I ADVISE ANY COOPERATION WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very good company and always on time
The company mounts external shoddy switches for blinds, there is no possibility of conversion because there are no other on offer. The lady from the office is not very surly when the problem arises, I do not recommend it !!!
