In the era of a pandemic, there are no queues, just call and make an appointment. Kind and the service, I waited a month for my passport.

Crowds of nerves may be during the season, but it's even worse in Poznań :( Out of season, I was in September, quiet and calm. Very nice and helpful lady. PS. Mr. Tomasz, I am curious what did you "say" that this woman got angry?

In the passport department I was called out, as she said "that this is not the end of your problems" very nice experience, I did not expect such treatment, plus there is no queue, as I was in Ukraine it is similar to contempt for people
