Long waiting times and zero conditions how are disabled people in wheelchairs or mothers with children in wheelchairs going to get there? Failure to make facilities for the disabled in such an institution

The person who dealt with my case acted like she was sooooo tired and dissatisfied with her job. At the end, she did not help me in my case, laughing at me. Such people should not work with the client and on a tape the best.
