In Dambar we bought CAL internal doors. As we wanted a very good product, we visited several outlets with doors on offer. Dambar definitely deserves a mention. Well, we are quite demanding customers and we were very keen on a high quality product. We were delighted with the huge knowledge about them. Constant contact by phone and e-mail regarding the smallest details additionally aroused trust. Efficient measurements and assembly, despite the holiday period. The assembly itself is also done professionally. I am a person paying the smallest details, not to say pedantic and I did not have the slightest comments. Thanks to such activities, arranging housing becomes much easier.

I visited this place today to get a quote for a glass door. Unfortunately for me, the person who served me turned out to be the owner of this company. The Lord from the very entrance was obviously offended by the fact that I dared to interrupt him with some extremely important activities and he had to devote his precious time to serve me. After presenting the subject of the valuation, I was immediately informed that the valuation will take a very long time (2-3 weeks) and that it will be very expensive. Definitely, the boss did not want me to become his client. Nevertheless, I asked for a valuation, and the Lord, with great grace and reluctance, agreed to give him details of the project. Incredibly unprofessional approach of the owner, who should be an example of how the customer is served in his company. Everyone may have an inferior day, but in business relations, where the least amount is at stake, it is worth preserving the class and showing a business experience that is obviously lacking. I do not recommend.
