The sofa as a piece of furniture is comfortable, aesthetically made and looks nice. However, the customer service is shameful! I ordered the couch through the seller's website. The waiting time was 30 working days, which fell on August 14. The couch finally arrived on September 9. I called once a week to find out where the delay was coming from - no one from the mold deigned to inform me about the delay !!! Each time I received information from the employee, Mrs. Kwiatkowska, that she would check the status and call me back, which did not happen !! She flew me off with texts that they were delayed by the crown and didn't know when I would get the couch. She added the text "I hope you will enjoy your new couch soon". On my Ottawa, why no one informs the client about the delay, she replied that it was better to call them and find out - embarrassment !! Last week I received information that the couch is ready in stock and will be informed at the beginning of this week when it will arrive at my place. Of course, no one would call me !! Finally, the day came when I was informed that the couch would be around noon the next day. I asked for a call an hour before delivery to be at home. Of course, the gentlemen called that they would be there in 10 minutes. We replied that we can be home in 20-30 minutes and the gentleman kindly says that 20 minutes can possibly wait - embarrassment !! Of course, no one even apologized for the situation, because why ...

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Order placed on 21/05/2020 delivery of the last element of the set ..... 04/10/2020 !!!!!! Unprofessional approach to the customer ... no contact with the company - you have to call non-stop about the delivery date. The date of delivery is regularly postponed .... furniture is fine, but not worth the nerve of waiting for the company to deliver the order.

Milan corner: the corner is the same as in the pictures, solidly made, beautiful material. I definitely recommend it, I am satisfied.

Nice couch, but the waiting time was very long. The worst thing is that for a few weeks I was deceived, that the goods are ready and will be sent next week.

My adventure with Meble lux lasted quite a long time. I ordered 2 couches that came in a different color. Despite the fact that the couches from Poland, for me, have been replaced. Very good quality and workmanship. Minus one star per time. recommend
