Interesting place to stop for a glance on the motorway to Gdansk

We passed it by chance on the way to our holiday resort and as a Steelbuddies fan it was clear ... you have to go there. And we were absolutely thrilled! Entry costs 20 zloty for 2 people and you get a detailed explanation (English) about the site. Then you can wander around freely, even climb into a T34 or an anti-aircraft gun if you like. And the best is of course Marian ... he is such a great guy, totally friendly and ready to chat! We were able to take a picture with him without any problems and do some small talk. As we understood it, the museum hall is being designed in even more detail, but it is worth a visit as it is. Lots of things worth seeing on the property around, including all the Ford Mutt from Morlock Motors are ready for restoration. With an appointment made in advance, you can also go off-road. I would have loved to take a Humvee with me ;-) A visit is definitely recommended! (And if you are really hungry afterwards ... DZIKI DOM Bistro & Coffee directly on the S6 in the direction of Slupsk. Awesome delicious citizens and ribs for a small thaler)

A very interesting and original museum that presents its exhibits in a rather unconventional and in a way extravagant way, namely in the form of a scrap. Which is its obvious advantage, not a disadvantage. Therefore, I strongly encourage everyone interested in this type of subject to visit it. I am sure that every lover of military technology in the broadly understood sense of the word (but also not only). There he will find many interesting exhibits that he has never encountered before. Just like me. By visiting many museums and open-air museums of a similar profile throughout Poland. As for me, the only, albeit minor, drawback of this exhibition is that most of it lacks a description of the exhibits presented there. I understand that in the case of the so-called "General cargo" (of which there is a plethora) its description would be a very tedious and labor-intensive process. However, in the case of the most impressive exhibits, Mr. Marian should, however, ensure that he is accompanied, for example, by a plate with the visitor would find at least its basic technical parameters. Later (for the more insightful) the only thing left to do would be to supplement this information based on that taken from the Internet.

Impressive collection of mainly Russian military vehicles, tanks, guns, etc. We were able to see the Mutts that Marian and his team are restoring for the Steel Buddies. Absolutely high quality work. I haven't seen the quality yet. Marian was there too. We were able to do a lap on his off-road track with him and the mother. Very nice guy and in my early 60s as fit as I was when I was 25! Have also been able to take photos with him. Absolutely fascinating for off-road crazy people like me!

Before our arrival, we called and asked for the price of the hammer ride. It was supposed to be PLN 300 for 20-25 minutes. Before paying, I made sure again and the kind gentleman taking the money confirmed the time of 20-25 minutes. Then the driver came and took us max. 10 minutes. When I asked why, so briefly, the nice gentleman said that the driver had to be told. Well, hands drop, so I do not recommend it. As for the museum, I don't say anything because I had a nerve and didn't want to give them another PLN 50 for 5 people. Of course, I didn't get a receipt for PLN 300, so I didn't even have grounds for a complaint.
