A tiny, rural church with a simple but interesting structure and even more interesting equipment. Other publications mentioned the attributes of the half-timbered structure, which also impressed me. I mean, first of all, a richly decorated pulpit supported on a confessional. However, the minimalism forced by the small cubature provided the faithful, formerly in Stibbe, today the inhabitants of Zdbowo, with sufficient space for religious practices. Despite the changes in the rural architecture and the quality of the village communication system, the miniature temple still seems to be a pearl that stands out with its timeless message. Sunk in the same old forest as before, it remains unchanged in form and functionality. In the back of the church, in the bushes, we can find a relic of a neglected cemetery and a devastated, classicist mausoleum of the von Rée family. Perhaps, over time, the surrounding post-German houses will take on their proper appearance, and those abused by people and time will be replaced by new investments. Then - perhaps - the church hill will regain the identity lost after the last war and fill the gap in the tradition of the rural community. May...
