I have been using orthopedic consultations at ARION for 2 years. Registration always on the phone, ladies provide all necessary information, save to the waiting list to the doctor, call back when a place becomes available. No queues, calm down. And a big plus: card payment option

Incredibly nice Lord in registration! Everything runs smoothly and without queues. Always professional. We are very pleased. And the icing on the cake is the fact that you can pay by card.

Unfortunately, I do not have pleasant memories with this clinic. The reception lady is incompetent! I made an appointment twice by phone to visit Dr. The smoker and none of the visits took place within the time limit set by you. On the day of the visit, I called to make sure that the visit was up to date, the lady informed me that I was not scheduled to visit on that day and that Dr. Palacz was not even supposed to be in the clinic. After a few minutes, the lady announced that I was enrolled in Dr. Lisiecki, which surprised me at all, because I've never been to this doctor before. When I made an appointment by phone, I received information that the doctor had not canceled any visit for several months. I do not understand how you can lie and mock patients. Ladies who are going to call and make an appointment, I advise you to record the entire conversation or not use the Arion Medical Center at all.

I heartily recommend Arion clinics. Professional approach of doctors to patients, very nice ladies at the reception and ladies nurses (which, unfortunately, rarely happens nowadays). Clinic manager (Mrs. Karolina) very helpful and kind. I recommend 100%
