Built of red bricks between 1889 and 1890 within the monastic buildings. It serves the faithful (and monks) as a warm winter church. It was added to the existing southern monastic body, connecting directly with it, from the side of its eastern facade. Inside, there is a beautiful iconostasis and frescoes, the restoration of which was completed in 2017.

Orthodox church St. John the Theologian in Supraśl was built in 1889, when Poland was under partitions. She served monks until 1915. In the interwar period it was closed because there was no parish in Supraśl. During World War II it was devastated by Soviet soldiers. Only in 1956, after renovation, was it used again by the Orthodox community.
