Ks. A. Czajkowski in 1979 founded a statue of the Mother of God on the hill with a plaque: “Thanks to the Mother of God for 40 years of priesthood. With a request for further care over me, my family and the entire village of Czajki ”. The statue is patiently waiting for renovation. Ks. Czajkowski was a soldier of the Home Army, fought in the Warsaw Uprising, participated in the independence underground, a prisoner of the Gestapo and UB.
