Orthodox church of the Nativity John the Baptist in Nowa Wola near Michałów is a beautiful wooden Orthodox church was founded in 1908. The Orthodox church in Nowa Wola is a striking construction with a log construction, erected on a Latin cross plan. Above the porch a tower was added - a belfry, topped with an octagonal cupola with a dome. Each entrance to the church is preceded by a porch, over which there are gable roofs supported on columns. The shape of the church in Nowa Wola resembles a nearby Orthodox church in Narew.
