Stars 5 as haberdashery, but as a service to Mrs. Ela it's tragic. Your authority is spoiled as the owners of this haberdashery. This lady has zero empathy, no humor, as if she was forced out of her. No adolescence, no customer approach. Today I went there with an attitude that I would instruct this lady how to approach the client, because I am certainly not the one who wants this lady to push. I spoil your authority as the owners of your haberdashery. Please do something because people will not go there. greetings
