Brilliant staff and the aftercare is just wonderful. I always feel safe and have the friendliest team to look after me. My procedure went well and now I am looking to head back to the UK with a piece of mind. Thank you Nataza (London CoOrdinator), Agnes (Patient Liaison in Lodz) and Andrew (Airport Transfer ).

One big circus and no respect for the patient !!! I had an appointment at the gastroscope at 10 o'clock. I arrived at 9.50 am to get the documentation and covid test done before the examination. The ladies in registration were completely not competent, they didn't know the price of the procedure. There was no nurse who could do the test because we have a meeting, I heard it, in a few minutes someone will come down. A few minutes is 40 and then the test (by a really nice nurse is the only advantage of this place) a quick result and a lead to another building to the hospital. The doctor will be there in a moment (45 minutes). The doctor did not show up at 11.30, I said enough, I left the hospital (there was absolutely no one there) and asked the receptionist for a refund. I received my refund and left this circus.

Mega unprofessional approach ... From the morning, Ladies calling, can I be earlier than the planned 2:00 p.m. that it's best for me to be at 1:00 p.m. I say it well on purpose, I will wait even an hour or two ... You are talking to me, maybe we'd better postpone it until Monday because it is not known if she will come back ... A drama !!! And it's not the first time, because it was the same last year. I do not recommend ☺

For your own safety, I advise you to avoid this place. The staff is incompetent. Reception staff do not know about their treatments, procedure or prices ... but this is not very important. I was shocked when, after a telephone conversation, I found out that the laser treatment of hyperhidrosis was performed by a COSMETOLOGIST! It is a procedure that looks just like laser liposuction, only the cannula is inserted shallower under the skin ... IN ALL CLINICES AND HOSPITALS this procedure is performed by a surgeon for obvious reasons ... and in Pulsmed it is done by a cosmetologist ... I can't even comment on it . Concerned about your health, I advise you to avoid it. I would not be surprised if all these positive comments were issued by the so-called poles ...

There will have to be a fix! After the surgical procedure, there is no difference. Costs: PLN 7,500 Leading surgeon: Doctor Kowalczyk Incorrect approach (choice of treatment) to the disease ... Little information, in the case of gynecomastia, the glands need to be removed, liposuction is not very effective here. The doctor recommended and did liposuction.
