When I look at these negative comments, my blood is flooding me. Some of them are poorly served by the ladies in registration or they could not reach the Clinic because the registrar put down the phone. And did some people think that such a huge number of patients that come to this clinic, the number of women who must: enroll the patient, set up a card, enter the visit in the book, draw the patient into the system and do many other things, i.e. I have been going to this clinic for so long that I do not even remember (I have been ill for 50 years) and to be honest, nothing tactless from the entire staff of this clinic has happened to me, and the Lord in registration They are always nice, helpful and helpful. Everyone has the right to be tired or to feel bad, but a little good will is enough (on both sides of course) and everything can be arranged without unnecessary nerves. We have such times that we have to learn patience because she knows We, as it is in our Polish health service, and we have fewer and fewer medical staff. I give 5 stars, and I could give and more when it comes to the Diabetes Clinic on Nowa Street, because I have never been disappointed with any of its staff, and for sure on registration ladies :-)

A diabetology clinic is a typical relic of the Polish People's Republic that is still alive. Today is my second and last visit. Zero information about staff changes, and I chose this clinic because of a specific doctor. Zero information about the appointments, although it was supposed to be on their part. The approach to the patient below any criticism. Yes, it's all at the NFZ. But why I do not know because in other clinics at the NFZ also a devil. it was OK. Only hours not like that. But what will you have to go back there? Here you can only get sick of something else.

In the coming days I am submitting an official complaint about one of the women in registration, the behavior and approach to the patient is outrageous in her opinion in accordance with the procedures (THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE !!) but she did not take into account that the patient may have hypoglycemia, today I experienced again this. Doctors and all medical staff very good, kind and friendly but unfortunately the "black sheep" (one lady from registration) casts a shadow over the opinion of the entire clinic.

I haven't been to the doctor but I will assess the lady from the reception. A typical relic of a commune patient disturbs her work. And if someone were wondering why they can't get through - the lady is sitting at the phone on the desk.
