Rug cast dirty because I think it gives up to wash (puppy urine) after washing, the rug stinks just like before handing and yellow stains that were already there. The laundry did not inform me that the rug cannot be washed, which is ridiculous for me (why wash it if you don't know someone at your work?) The money for the service was scraped, when I picked up the rug, I wasn't even informed about the incident, and at home surprise. The owner refused to give money, and she has 4 literary complaints. I advise you to steer clear of many other laundries, and the prices are the same.
