The couch after washing was still dirty in several places ... of course, washed only once, because you didn't want to feel the 2nd time. There is no response after the complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND choose another company. Only on + that the Lord came on time ...

I represent Lodz educational institution. We ordered carpet washing from the entire facility (annual, two-year carpets). Contact with a laundry company difficult, arrogant, no critics. The service was not carried out in accordance with the arrangements - carpets had stains, visible creases. We suspect that some carpets were not as agreed. In addition, the carpets provided by the service were not brought to the first floor despite the requests despite the information that the women themselves remain in the establishment. A request to the owner for intervention was rejected. The owner's behavior was arrogant and unkind. The company is not recommendable.
