It’s horrible! Waist of money for foreigners who were convinced that it’s necessary! I was paying for this insurance for almost two years and today was the first time I wanted to get help from medical workers NFZ in Łódź, Lumumby street! I was sent from reception to dr Majchrowska to get “skierowanie” to the doctor I needed. She asked me where I’m from. I told and that I have NFZ insurance and the horrible part came from that doctor came: “So what are you fell down from the moon or what?! What do you want from me”. I tried to explain that women from the reception sent me to her and it’s my first time of using NFZ insurance here in Poland. But I simply couldn’t say nothing she continued screaming on me the same sentences “So what are you fell down from the moon or what?! What do you want from me” until the moment I just went out. Doctors like this shouldn’t work! And I’m so sorry for all her patients! The worst experience ever! I asked for a help with my problem to one doctor and after that visit I need additional doctor to treat my psychological health!

Completed an application for voluntary health insurance 2 WEEKS AGO. Nobody contacted me. He started calling, no one is answering the phone, no one is answering the e-mail. The entrance is locked, there are only boxes where you can put documents. APPLICATION COMPLETED 2 WEEKS AGO I CANNOT CONTACT THIS DEPARTMENT, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND

I had to deal with customer service employees at the NFZ (formerly at Kopcińskiego, now at Targowa) and I find that the issues that I had to clarify were explained in a professional and competent manner. Visits to offices are not my favorites and today I can say that smiling and kind employees make formal matters a pleasure!
