Revelation. I urgently needed an international driving license as soon as possible. I called and made an appointment the next day. At the office, a nice security guard directed me to the appropriate room. In room 804 I was welcomed by an incredibly nice lady who, wanting to help me, called the right places and arranged for the document right away! I am very pleased with this visit. May all official arrangements look like this.
Thank you very much to the nice lady from driving licenses for the wonderful and very nice customer service and for your understanding because I really wanted to pick up the license and this lady allowed me to do it despite the whole situation with the virus. I hope more people like that, the service will be great. 😀😀
I would give five stars, but due to the pandemic, there are major difficulties. Communication department and the ladies working there, very nice and smiling. Well, we're all tired of what's going on around here. Thank you for your help and kind service
The incompetence and ignorance of employees is at a very high level.
Bajzel, the coronovirus epidemic makes life difficult for everyone. But the office staff did a lot of fun with it. They do not answer calls and appointments can only be made by phone.
