DRAMAT and an absolute lack of professionalism. Our passports were in Wilejka for two weeks instead of in the embassy. When the pickup time came - it turned out that the employees remembered about our passports. Service, incompetent, does not know the procedures and what's worse she lied to us at every step, instead of taking his mistake and doing everything to arrange a visa for us on time. Only a call for payment of several thousand zlotys motivated them to act and we collected the visa for 6 hours before departure.

I was a participant in this trip and I fully subscribe to the opinion expressed by Mrs. Ewa Szcześniak. I would add that for my mistake I think that the time spent on commuting, an hour 'cruise' on the Dniester and return on the wrong path, I did not devote to a more thorough visit to historic Kamieniec.

I generally recommend the Trilogy Trail route. Before leaving for Ukraine, however, I advise you to press the office to indicate the names of the hotels where the accommodation will be. Hotel "near Lviv" meant (for the last 2 nights) a mean motel near the Lviv beltway, 40 min by bus from the city. Serving for dinner at the KARO hotel (Łapajówka, Lviv region) to the hideous greasy chop 1 (say: one) tomato and one cucumber to divide into ... 8 people I find offensive to human dignity. And the company reserves accommodation there regularly ... The pilot - Mr. Jan (people came mainly because of him), despite sincere intentions, could not help that as part of the savings the company sent on a six-day route ... one driver. Due to the limited tachograph time of the driver's work or the lack of parking space, there were no planned visits to Trembowla, Buczacz and the Rock of Podolska ... So what exactly distinguishes the Plus program from other offices that organize accommodation at decent hotels ... A coach remembering the early 90s is another failure. I don't regret the trips because I wanted to see Kamieniec and Khotyn, but the company should think about whether it is worth saving so much. Adults go on vacation, not on survival school.
