I was very disappointed with the company as a potential employee. After sending my application documents to the company, I received an e-mail with a job offer, due to the fact that the company's offer still suited me, I asked for a few details and the next stage of recruitment. I received the answer that of course the lady who tried to contact me will contact me within the next two days. Unfortunately, nobody contacted me. I got another e-mail in which I was informed about the terms of employment, and also received information that the salary issues will be agreed by phone after the weekend, the contact will take place at 9:00 am Unfortunately, no one contacted me, so I wrote another e-mail asking for some information. About 2 weeks have passed since the last contact that the website of the company was made. I am able to understand the employee's unavailability and the fact that the contact has been postponed and the fact that the company may have lost interest in my candidacy because it is obvious in the recruitment process. However, I am not able to understand the treatment of a potential employee, especially in an employment agency. In my opinion, the whole process should also include a conversation about the company's decision to hire, which definitely favors future recruitment processes, and this is how the brand is built. I am deeply disappointed with the whole situation because the company seems to be professional and I will not hide that despite the great will to work at Wall jobs, I am currently discouraged.
