Waiting for card almost 7 months after decision. I was here almost 10 times for card to collect within 7 months. 1. First time, after long cue, they didn't make card cause I have to give application that will be address on card or not and have to wait 3 weeks and make appointment on online . 2, second times, I made appointment after a month from first date I was and card not ready 3. Third time also not ready 4. 4th time, after a month for card , they could not find my file and worker was helpful and he was up stair and couldn't find and said he will call me after to come and collect 5. Waiting almost month and no body called , than I was waiting for long cue and yes card finally !!! 6. But in card 3 mistakes and on the spot I showed them , they was nice and apply for new card to issues for card again and said 3 weeks to collect 7. I came after month and card not ready !! They man check everywhere and said I didn't apply for card without mistakes and he said he will contract with me after with me and give number. Than I went to manager and she is best I think cause she is really helpful. She said he knew about this and somebody will call for card and today have to go 8. Someone called me to meet in immigration and I came but now need to fill applicarapp again cause last time it was not everything fill And said me to collect card after near 3 weeks and given again new picture for card . 9. Now waiting for card ....but don't know what next ..... Didn't wanted to write this but I wrote cause I don't know where I can give complain and I want that somebody wil read who hold high position and applicants will not have problem like me in future and they will look after this kind of situation. For me time was gone with problems and came many time and spend money and time , as well as , workers also spend time 9/10 times for me but without reason and make them work more for a person . Reason for this situation: 1. Here is less information that where and how to do everything 2. Workers are not responsible as they should be 3. Create problems but don't wish to solve asap this problem 4. Also much applicated than worker and workers are tried

The Provincial Office in Łódź is located in a palace designed by Otto Gehlig (or Hilary Majewski), with its front facing Piotrkowska Street. There was a factory section at the back of the palace. The main, three-story part of the building stood out in the palace body. On the sides, two-story wings were built, separated from the palace by a decorative grille. In the interwar period, the gates were removed, and the site after them was built over with two-story buildings. Currently, the building is one whole. At the top of the building there is an allegorical sculpture consisting of three figures symbolizing Freedom, Trade and Industry. On the front facade of the palace there are two bay windows decorated with a baluster railing. Little is left of the rich interior design. In the heyday of the factory, the palace served as representative (offices on the ground floor, and salons on the first floor) and residential (in the outbuilding and in the attic). The building has experienced various types of adaptations in its history. In the interwar period, the plants were declared bankrupt. Factory buildings and some halls were rented by the Final Bankruptcy Syndic to various companies. After the war, the palace interiors were adapted to the needs of offices and the City Hall. Today, the entire palace and factory complex is the seat of the Provincial Office and the City of Łódź.

Has anyone ever called the Office? Because I never once .... calling 30 times the minimum
