Officials are competent and helpful. The City Hall is located away from the center of Koluszki so it is easier to park the car because there is a large parking lot and you do not need to park in the small streets. There is a lot of greenery around here and there is peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle so you can do your business in a nice atmosphere.

Officials are very cool. But the building is terrible. It is far from everywhere, few bicycle racks, and in the middle of summer you can suffocate. I feel for the employees.

An efficient office, helpful employees, you can even get through :). The only drawback is the location at the very end of the city, which means that without a car you have to march a bit.
