Trzebiechów is a small village on the Lubusz Land located near Lake Trzebisz. Administratively, it belongs to the municipality of Maszewo in the poviat of Krosno. The brick church standing here now was built in 1840 in the late-Classicist style. It is a small indoor building with a tower on a square plan, which is wooden in the upper part. This is probably the third church in Trzebiechów, because it stands on the site of the previous, half-timbered house from the mid-18th century, and before that stood a wooden one from the 14th century. The Church of Our Lady of Grace in Trzebiechów belongs to the parish of MB Bolesna in Gądków Wielki.
