It is a building erected in 1639. In 1838, a wooden tower was demolished, which was replaced in 1839 by a brick one. The temple was renovated in 1888 and in the years 1915 - 16. In 1991, the roof of the temple and part of the interior equipment of the temple were destroyed by fire. The building was renovated in 1993.
It is a one-nave, oriented wooden temple, having a pole-frame structure. The church has a smaller presbytery in relation to the nave, closed on three sides with a brick side storey sacristy. The stone tower erected on a square plan is from the front. It is crowned with a pyramidal roof made of sheet metal. The roof of the temple has two ridges and is covered with sheet metal. The interior is plastered and covered with a flat ceiling. The polychrome made in 1918 by Leszczyński was destroyed. The music choir has a baroque organ prospect from the 18th century. The pulpit was founded in the mid-seventeenth century. The baptismal font dates from the mid-eighteenth century. The tombstone of Ewa Poser from 1611 with the image of the deceased has survived.
