They promise and then they keep their promise. Windows will be made with different panes than promised and they still have a big problem. When buying the earlier windows, they charged one window too much and the money for that window was lost !!! Failure !!! This first order was a year ago and it was reported to the company during installation that there is one window counted twice and physically there is one. The company replied that with the next order, it will make one window for free for that one window that was paid twice and now it washes its hands!

Responsibility is a feature that this company definitely lacks. All defects, damage to the customer's disadvantage. In my case, 1 window was wrongly ordered (my fault, of course, because we didn't get along) Scratched windows? My fault, of course, because it must have happened during washing. Poor quality of blind assembly? Probably my fault too. The only plus is good quality windows that are traded by the ventana company. Unfortunately, this company did not do well at my construction site

One star for a pleated cover. The mesh rubbed from the rope on which it is guided. The complaint was not considered and it was found to be mechanical damage (!?). The mosquito net cost her and was to serve for years. I do not recommend.
