In this building there is: Municipal Office, Municipal Social Assistance Center, Municipal Municipal Economy Plant and on the other side of the building, there is a hairdresser's. I've worked here for several years, I know the object as if it were my own. The "Kociewska" restaurant was closed here recently. The building was built in the 60-70s of the last century for the needs of the Fibreboard Plant in Czarna Woda. In the part currently occupied by the Medical University, a hotel was located for those who came on a delegation to the ZPP, in the place of the closed "Kociewska", there was a huge factory canteen in which a lot of carnival games were organized annually, which today can only be dreamed of in Black Water.
