I used to never use such laundries, but now I would not be able to imagine everyday life without them, because I had gotten too used to it. I use this laundry the most often because I am close and somehow I never had problems with it. ; P

I have had a few visits to the laundry service behind me, so I can give a rating and in fact it is the most positive assessment. The laundry room has so far dealt with the vast majority of dirty clothes. Service is generally okay as well.

Jestem mega zadowolony bo koszula pomimo bardzo dużych zabrudzeń spowodowanych m.in. winem została wyczyszczona i jest czysta. Do tego była do odebrania już następnego dnia.

The basic problem of this place is the low level approach and customer service ... The lady who served me today either does it as a punishment or for free because there is no other explanation. When I approached the lady, she was ironing and she was clearly dissatisfied with the fact that someone was disturbing her (I wanted to leave a few suits, which I used to do regularly several times a month so far). On my "good morning" I did not hear the answer and the grimace in this lady's face only increased. When she heard that I would like to leave several suits, she gave the impression that it was a terrible problem, because I obviously had too many of them ... (seriously ?!). The reaction was a hit when I showed my loyalty card that I had on the phone and not physically in my hand. The lady said "Then you MUST pay the full price, otherwise I will not accept you" (here again a frown of dissatisfaction ...). Then I politely thanked and said that I didn't need anything and I left. It was enough to say politely that the customer's card must always be physical, propose payment on delivery (with the card) or politely ask for a return with the card ... Advice for management - Invest in training for service in the basic principles of customer service and if it does not work, at least hire people you want to work with ...
