Great service, fantastic knowledge of products and possibilities. Very friendly sales manager!
I do not recommend anyone to work with this company ... the service is a joke, the equipment has been serviced for 2 months without any feedback, every attempt to call the service is answered by an old pretentious guy and the answer is always the same that maybe it will be possible end of next week.
I highly recommend the service - the washer was taken for repair - the service valued the repair at PLN 400, demanded PLN 35 for "expertise" or leaving the damaged washer in the settlement. Everything would be fine, were it not for the fact that I removed the fault myself in 15 minutes as a total layman - one cable fell out of the switch. To sum up, service technicians tried to extort a virtually functional device for almost nothing. In addition, I received a proposal to buy a new washer at a price of 2250 PLN, while in Castorama and on the allegro the same model costs 1600-1700 PLN. How are such companies operating?
